Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- Returned with its original packaging (for change-of-mind cases)
Accepted Return Reasons
We accept return requests for the following reasons:
- Damaged item upon delivery
- Incorrect item received
- Change of mind (see conditions below)
Return Conditions
- For damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the full cost of return shipping.
- For change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping (both ways if requesting an exchange).
- Final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or phone within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and photographic proof of any damage or issue (if applicable).
3. Our team will verify the request and guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and the product received, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are issued via bank transfer, as most orders are placed through Cash on Delivery.
If the returned item is received in a condition not eligible for return (used, damaged, or missing packaging), we reserve the right to decline the refund.
Replacements & Exchanges
If your item is damaged or incorrect, we will first offer a free replacement of the same product.
We also offer exchanges if you'd prefer a different design or variation. For change-of-mind exchanges, two-way shipping costs apply.
Packaging Requirements
For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, the item must be returned in its original packaging to be eligible.
