At the moment, customization is not available. However, we are working toward offering this option in the future.

We use high-quality 3mm acrylic for our layered wall hangings and premium 1mm reflective acrylic for mirror decor pieces — all locally sourced.
Do you offer different finishes or colors?
Yes. Our mirror acrylic products are available in a variety of striking color finishes.
Are your mirror artworks made from glass or acrylic?
We use acrylic mirror, which is lightweight, shatter-resistant, and visually brilliant.
Are your products ready to hang?
Yes. Wall hangings come with a dedicated keyhole slot for secure mounting. Mirror acrylic pieces come equipped with strong double-sided tape for easy application.
Are your products suitable for outdoor use?
Deewari products are designed for indoor use, though they may be placed in covered outdoor spaces if protected from direct sunlight and moisture.
What care is recommended for maintaining the artwork?
To preserve your artwork:
- Avoid direct sunlight or high-humidity environments.
- Clean gently with a dry microfiber cloth.
- Use low-pressure compressed air for dust in recessed areas.
Do your artworks require framing?
No framing is necessary. Our pieces are designed to be displayed as-is.
Do you include installation accessories?
Yes, mounting hardware or adhesive tapes are included with each order as required by the product type.
Which courier services do you use?
We ship using trusted partners including TCS, Leopards, and PostEx.
How long does processing and delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery typically follows shortly after, depending on your location.
Do you offer express shipping?
We currently offer standard shipping only, and it's free of charge.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship only within Pakistan.
Is the artwork securely packaged?
Absolutely. We use high-grade packaging materials to ensure every product arrives safely and undamaged.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
Not at this time.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is in original condition. For wrong or damaged items, we cover the return shipping and offer a full replacement or refund.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer hassle-free returns; however, in this case, the customer is responsible for the two-way shipping cost.
Are there any exceptions?
Final sale items may not be eligible for return. Since we don’t offer custom products yet, that exception does not currently apply.
